Your First Job

  1. Set up your account in the Web Console. Use the username and temporary password from your invitation email: choose a password and set up an authenticator app (see Signing In). Do this before using the app.
  2. Install the app and sign in with the same username, password and authenticator code (see Install the App).
  3. Create a job, in the Web Console (Jobs → Create Job; see Job List) or in the app (see Create Job).
  4. Enter the job. In the app, pick it from the job list and tap Enter (see Enter Job). Or, on your iPhone, iPad or Quest, open the Web Console and choose Enter Job in the job's ⋮ menu (see Enter Job from the Web).
  5. Work together. Ask a colleague to enter the same job. You see each other and can talk (see Communication).

Having an issue?​

How smoothly a job runs depends on the device and on the job: many objects or large assets slow it down. A more capable device performs better.
